If the candidate takes or completes the old pre-license course(s) after January 1, 2010:
- The candidate must take and pass the exam before July 1, 2010.
- The candidate must be licensed before July 1, 2010.
- If the candidates First Renewal is between July 1, 2010 and July 1, 2012 the candidate must provide proof of successful completion of sixty clock hours of approved courses commenced after the date first licensed, including real estate practces and thirty hours of approved CE, including the core curriculum and the transitions course. If the candidates first renewal is after July 1, 2012 the candidate must meet the new post licensing course(s) requirement including the transition course by his/her first active renewal.
- If the candidate takes or completes the new pre-license course(S) prior to July 1, 2010:
- The candidate must wait until July 1, 2010 or after to take the exam.
- The candidate must meet the new post licensing course(s) requirement before his/her first active renewal.

This course is composed of
23 Units. Each unit is compose of Lessons. Each lesson has:
Reading Assignment, Interactive Exercises, Reading
Comprehensive Quiz and a Unit Exam.

The course is designed with learning
objectives so as the student goes through the
unit, the student knows what the objectives
are.

Every Reading Comprehension
Quiz needs to be completed with a score of 100%,
Each Unit Exam Quiz also need to be completed
with a minimum score of 90%. This is the most
important part of this course, because as the
student works through these modules it demonstrates
mastery of the course.

A student can move onto the
next unit without passing the previous one but
the student will not be able to access the final
exam until everything is complete and passed.

The final exam is a timed three
hour exam. The exam is multiple four choice
exam. The student must score a 75% or more on
the end-of-course exam.

If the student fails the On-Line end of course exam, the student can take the exam again.

Once the student purchases
this course, the student CANNOT get a refund.

This course is totally web
based. The student can work through the course
at the student's convenience. Once the student
signs up for the course it is good for one year.

This course is NOT designed
to be printed for security purposes and copyright
regulations.

At the time of registration
for the On-Line Distance Learning Course, the
student will receive an e-mail from Dearborn's
RECampus, verifying the student's registration.

Every On-Line student must
agree to the following affidavit: "I certify
that I personally completed all assignments
and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course
examination". This certification affidavit
is incorporated into the course under 'Instructions
for the Final Exam'. The student must select
'yes' and click "enter" to take the
final exam.

Before taking the on-line
final end-of-course exam, it is important the
following technical
information be review by the student to
eliminate as much as possible any technical
issues that might arise.

The On-Line course can be
taken and is available up to a year from the
time of registration.

Upon completing the course,
RECampus posts for Cooke Real Estate School
a daily report of student's final grade report.
The staff at Cooke reviews this report daily,
Monday through Thursday, and mails the completion
certificates to those students who have successfully
received a grade of 75% or better. Allow three
to four business days to receive this completion
certificate.
